Mahmoud Mohamed Sinani (born 16 May 1976) is a Tanzanian politician and District Councilor (Diwani) representing Msangamkuu Ward in Mtwara District, Mtwara Region. A member of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), he is recognized for promoting community development, agriculture, youth empowerment and local government initiatives. Born at Ligula Regional Referral Hospital in Mtwara Region, Mahmoud Sinani was raised in Mtwara, where his commitment to public service began.
